I can't say enough regarding my experience with Rich Minchik as my broker for the sale of my house in St. Michaels. From the moment we had our first conversation, I knew I would be in great hands. Step by step he handled everything with utmost professionalism. From performing painstaking research to make sure he knew not only every detail about the house and property, but also what was planned for the area, that might have a positive effect on the future of the property. The next step was valuing the property, which he worked diligently on, Truth be told, I thought his price was too high, but he nailed it, and we closed very close to it. Rich has a true skill in marketing. He thought of everything. He compiled an incredible marketing brochure which certainly put the property in its best light. It was beautiful. Rich then developed a comprehensive strategy of hosting the right set of buyer brokers at the house, while methodically and very intentionally, exposing the property in a controlled manner, to select audiences which clearly peaked interest and motivated prospective buyers as well as their brokers. We never even had a 'for sale" sign on the property, which delighted me. After contract signing and leading up to closing , Rich was there every step of the way, guiding me through the process and helping out, wherever he could. I can't count the number of buyer inspections and contractor visits he happily coordinated and attended on my behalf.
